A New Waterfront Residence and Poolhouse Edgewater, Maryland This project combines formal aspects of house types found in the Annapolis region with the functional flexibility of a small house for use by the owners, and auxiliary spaces for occasional use by the owners and their guests. A pool house was designed several years later which is formally contextual with the existing residence, while allowing the functional flexibility implied in the owners’ program.
